Here are the Basics

  • Choose 1 Tea and drink it each day for the next 2 weeks:

    • Licorice Tea - Could help reduce bloating and increase gut motility (Turrill). * Contraindications with Blood Pressure Medication.

    • Peppermint Tea - may help soothe the stomach

  • Balance your hormones with seed cycling:

    • With seed cycling, you switch between eating 1 tb. flax and pumpkin seeds days 1-15 (or until ovulation), then eat 1 tb. sesame and sunflower seeds days 16 - 30 (or period start day).

      • Look in your tool box for recipes:

  • Manage Estrogen:

    • Estrogen Detox with fiber, green juice and more intense exercise in your next Ovulatory Phase

  • Dry brushing / gua sha

    • Dry brushing involves taking a brush or gua sha to the skin and using pressure to move the lymph
